- 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365/CRM development experience
- Extensive experience with SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 customization and development
- Hands-on experience with C#, plugins, workflows and JavaScript
- Experience with APIs and system integrations
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with data migration and data integration
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with Power BI report maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting a legacy or production CRM/data environment during an active system modernization or migration
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Azure integration services
- Experience supporting a production/legacy Dynamics 365 environment
- Experience in financial services or investment management
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
Job Summary
The Dynamics 365 Developer will be responsible for the technical development, customization, integration, and support of Meeder’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment. This is a hands-on technical role focused on Dynamics 365 customization, plugins, workflows, APIs, integrations, SQL, and data migration. The role will also support the existing CRM environment and troubleshoot technical issues
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Build and maintain plugins, workflows, forms, views, and business logic
- Develop technical solutions using C#, JavaScript and Dynamics 365 tools
- Configure and customize CRM based on technical requirements.
- Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems
- Work with REST APIs, OData and other integration technologies
- Troubleshoot integration and data flow issues.
- Support technical data migration activities into Dynamics 365
- Use SQL for data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
- Work with migration/integration tools such as SSIS, KingswaySoft, or similar tools
- Support the existing Dynamics 365 production environment
- Work with cloud technologies (Azure, Oracle and Salesforce).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical CRM issues. , Identify root causes and coordinate resolution of integration, data, and application issues. , Maintain technical documentation and follow established support processes
