Job Summary
As a Jr. QA Engineer at rSTAR, you will be part of a collaborative technology team responsible for helping deliver reliable, high-quality digital solutions for enterprise clients.
You will work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other team members to understand requirements, identify potential issues, execute test scenarios, and help ensure that solutions meet functional and quality expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Review business and technical requirements to understand expected functionality.
- Create and execute test cases based on project requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve reported issues.
- Participate in requirement reviews and contribute from a quality perspective.
- Maintain clear and accurate testing documentation.
- Support test planning and execution across different stages of the development lifecycle.
- Perform retesting after defects are resolved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Contribute to improving testing processes and overall product quality.
- Learn and apply new testing tools, technologies, and best practices.
